Payment for all treatment is expected at the time of services rendered. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.
As you never know when the unexpected may happen, we advise insurance for all pets. This ensures that no matter what happens to your pet, you can always ensure the very best treatment for them without worrying about the cost. Insurance Claims procedure
Our usual procedure is to pay us for any treatment received and either hand in an insurance form for us to fill out, or start a digital claim with your insurance company through their website or online portal. The insurance company will then reimburse you less any excesses or exclusions. We deal with all major insurance companies and we aim to process all claims within 14 days to ensure that you get your money back as soon as possible. All insurance claims processed carry an administration fee. This is a small fee to cover the time taken to process the claim including submission of all documents required.
Please note, in common with many other veterinary practices, it is not usual procedure to process direct claims from your insurance company. There are certain circumstances under which we may process a direct claim. Please contact us in advance of any treatment being carried out for more information.
