Vet Appointments

Consultations with our vets and nurses are available by appointment only.
Appointments can be made in person at reception or by calling us on 01592 753231.

We know that many of our clients appreciate continuity of care and prefer to see the same vet or nurse whenever possible.
To help us accommodate this, we kindly ask that you book in advance to ensure availability.
Whenever scheduling allows, we are more than happy to arrange appointments with your preferred team member.

Our aim is to make each visit as comfortable and personal as possible, allowing our vets and nurses to build a close relationship with both you and your pet, and to maintain a deeper understanding of their ongoing health and wellbeing.

Contagious Conditions

If your pet is showing symptoms of a condition that may be contagious or harmful to other animals, such as Kennel Cough or Parvovirus, please let our reception team know clearly when booking your appointment.
This allows us to schedule an appropriate time of day to reduce any risk to other patients.

When you arrive at the practice, please stay in your car and call reception to let us know you’re here.
The vet will come out to meet you and your pet directly when ready.
This helps us keep all pets safe and maintain a calm, stress-free environment for everyone visiting the clinic.

Nurse Appointments

Our experienced and caring veterinary nurses are always happy to help and provide professional advice on your pet’s general health and wellbeing.
A wide range of appointments can be carried out by our nurses, including
6-month health checks, nail trims, anal gland expressions, 2nd vaccinations, and many others.
They are a key part of our team and play an important role in your pet’s ongoing preventive care.

For more information about nurse-led care, please visit our Nurse Clinics page, or call reception on 01592 753231 to arrange your pet’s visit.
