Payment Policy
Payment for all treatments is required at the time the services are provided.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, except American Express.
As unexpected situations can arise, we strongly recommend that all pets are covered by insurance.
Having insurance gives you peace of mind, ensuring your pet can always receive the best possible treatment without financial worries.

Kingdom Veterinary Clinic is an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of TVIS Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 523215).
Insurance Claims
Our standard procedure is for clients to settle their account directly with us and then claim reimbursement from their insurance company.
You can do this by submitting a claim form to us for completion, or by initiating a digital claim through your insurer’s online portal.
We work with all major insurance providers and aim to process claims within 14 days.
A small administration fee applies to all claims to cover the time spent preparing and submitting the necessary documentation.
In line with most veterinary practices, direct claims (where the insurer pays us directly) are not routinely accepted.
However, we may consider them in certain situations by prior arrangement.
