Surgical Procedures

At Kingdom Veterinary Clinic, we take pride in maintaining high standards of surgical care.
Our experienced team performs a wide variety of procedures each week,  from routine neutering to more advanced soft tissue surgeries, for cats, dogs, and small pets such as rabbits and ferrets.

Admission appointments for surgery are usually scheduled in the early morning.
Your exact admission time will be confirmed by our team during your consultation or when booking over the phone.
Once your pet’s procedure is complete and they are comfortably recovering, our veterinary surgeon or nurse will contact you with an update and to confirm the collection time.

Most pets are ready to go home around midday, but this can vary depending on the procedure and your pet’s recovery.
All these details will be discussed in advance with the vet or nurse responsible for your pet’s care, ensuring that you are fully informed and your pet receives the best possible attention throughout the day.

Dental Care

Keeping your pet’s mouth healthy is a vital part of their overall wellbeing.
Dental disease is one of the most common problems seen in dogs and cats, often developing gradually without obvious signs until it causes pain, infection, or changes in appetite and behaviour.

Regular dental check-ups allow us to identify and address early signs of tartar build-up, gum inflammation, or discomfort before they lead to more serious problems.
Our clinic offers comprehensive dental care, including professional cleaning, descaling and polishing, extractions, and restorative treatments such as fillings.

We also provide personalised advice on maintaining your pet’s oral health at home.
This may include recommendations on tooth brushing techniques, dental diets, and approved oral care products.
By combining professional and home care, you can help prevent discomfort and keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy for years to come.
